Summary:

The SVP of Global Alliances builds long-term, strategic relationships with Rootstock Partners to generate incremental bookings, open new markets and increase the awareness of Rootstock within the Partner Ecosystem and ERP market.

This is a remote position based in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Master the complexity of the Partner organization, penetrate the Partner’s global leadership network and establish and maintain senior-level executive relationships between Rootstock and the Partner.
  • Identifying and driving Partner sourced opportunities and effectively engaging and managing communication between our Partners and the Rootstock direct sales team.
  • Work closely with partner executive management to agree on go-­to-market activities in specific industries and territories.
  • Develop joint sales and marketing strategy for key Rootstock partner accounts.
  • Focus on building a strong pipeline of System Integration relationships that ultimately result in incremental leads and revenue and expand our implementation skillset and ability to scale.
  • Provide ongoing partner education on products, messaging, solutions, services and events.
  • Support the sales organization with appropriate programs in each geography.
  • Leverage Salesforce.com and other tools to track the success of each program.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new strategic System Integration partners to the Partner Program.
  • Work with Rootstock and partner resources to develop business development plans which will include lead generation activities, training/education, and development of joint offerings that generate incremental business.
  • Provide consistent partner management to ensure that our partners are developing their sales, pre-sales and delivery capabilities in line with Rootstock’s strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 15+ years’ relevant partner/program experience.
  • Strong program management experience.
  • Experience developing a partner network to support the company’s objectives.
  • Experience developing and managing partner enablement programs.
  • Solid relationship-building skills at the executive level.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience working with Sales and Marketing organizations to collaborate on sales and marketing plans.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce SalesCloud.
  • Understanding of the ERP market and product scope.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to earn commissions.
