We are looking for a Technical Engineer to provide maintenance services to keep on-premise and cloud-based business systems running stably for our client in the insurance industry.
Your Role and Responsibilities

The position will be responsible for the development and implementation of IBM SW products and services and will be responsible for the implementation of IBM SW products and services.
The position holder will be responsible for providing appropriate solutions in collaboration with the global product development department by listening to customer issues and needs and possessing expert knowledge and technical skills in various SW related to distributed systems consisting of IBM products (AIX WAS Db2 IBM Cloud etc.).

General IBM SW products (mainly AIX WAS Db2 RHEL etc.) and SW of other companies (VMware Deep Security)
Client Industry: Insurance Industry
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Ability to build interpersonal relationships and communicate with customers
- Basic knowledge of all infrastructure related to distributed systems (UNIX systems)
- Experience in proposing and building distributed system solutions
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- System construction experience
- Experience as a team leader
- Japanese language skills equivalent to native Japanese speaker as communication with Japanese customers is a prerequisite for face-to-face or remote communication
- Reading/Hearing skills to understand English technical documents and participate in training
- English communication skills (email conference calls)
