Job Summary
We are seeking a System Administrator with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 who is eager to work in our product team. If you have deep knowledge of M365 technologies and a passion for enhancing user experiences, this role is perfect for you.
As a System Administrator in the Product team at CoreView, you'll start your journey by diving deep into the heart of our engineering team, focusing on delivering detailed feature specifications based on your M365 expertise and working closely with the team to ensure smooth delivery. This role is your gateway to mastering the art of execution and shaping our product strategy while amplifying the voice of our customers.
Responsibilities.
- Collaborating with our engineering teams to provide clear specifications for minor features and contribute to major ones, ensuring their high-quality launch.
- Leveraging your M365 knowledge to develop effective working relationships within the team, articulating goals, and the business justification behind them.
- Participating in QA processes to guarantee the launch of high-quality features that align with M365 best practices.
- Beginning to analyze product usage data and engaging in customer interviews to gather actionable insights.
- Learning and applying UX best practices to assess and improve user experience in the context of M365.
- Gradually taking on more responsibility in understanding and contributing to the product strategy and vision.
- M365 Domain Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including the ability to create and configure Microsoft 365 tenants and Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. Familiarity with on-premises environments and different topologies of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Server is essential.

What we Offer
Competitive Compensation and Benefits: We provide a competitive salary ranging from €35,000 to €40,000 annually, accompanied by a 10% bonus.
