System Analyst

About the project:

Healthcare platform that provides telehealth and patient longitudinal care services for numerous healthcare ecosystem partners. In order to effectively support coordinated care across that ecosystem as well as advanced analytics in a more near real-time manner, our platform surfaces significant business and data events. Independently, these events provide context on specific states of a business process, in aggregate they can tell a story on the journey of a single patient or provide insights on predicting potential future needs for those same patients. 

Responsibilities

• Perform system analysis for event source discovery to individual platform component services in Converge
• Analysis of system components that support critical platform state events, and documentation of current state data sources
• Working with source data events, perform gap analysis on identified platform components to 
• Working in conjunction with Data ontologist, develop an event metamodel tracing specific business/data events to their source components and lifecycle mutation channels

Experience

• Systems analysis and data classification (5+ years)
• Knowledgeable in reviewing system architecture and design documentation for software & data systems
• Experienced in working with software platform stakeholders on technical inquiry
• Experienced in documenting technical component interactions and logical data models
• Experienced in documenting / driving feature documentation to correct system gaps against business needs
