Job Description
Amentum is currently seeking a System Architect to support an IT Managed Services program in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The overall program includes a 500+ work force performing Enterprise IT support, Service Desk, and Telecommunications support across multiple facilities and locations, for classified and unclassified telecommunications and information technology (IT) systems.
You will be a part of a team that supports the architecture and implementation of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) technology platforms and process necessary to support a multi-site, secure collaborative IT environment at a major National Laboratory.
As a member of the team, you will:
- Provide Web, REST API Single-Sign-on authentication and authorization services by integrating with Access Manager.
- Work with developers to enable applications for authentication and authentication services.
- Monitor production services and respond to system problems and user issues.
- Participate in the fulfillment to technical projects and organizational objectives functioning as an effective team member on multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide technical assistance, and/or mentoring to others in the areas of authentication and authorization services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelors degree and 7 years of experience OR an Associates degree and 10 years of experience OR a High School degree and 13 years of experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET (TS) or DOE Q Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a TOP SECRET (TS) or DOE Q Clearance.
- Experience with implementing and supporting provisioning/IDM platform (e.g., ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, Sailpoint, NetIQ, Oracle, ADFS, etc.)
- Experience with LDAP directory servers and an understanding of identity management solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of identity and access management principles.
- Working knowledge of ForgeRock's platform (IDM, DS, AM).
- Broad knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas.
- Public key Infrastructure.
- Secure Multi-factor Authentication.
- Single Sign-on
- SAML or SAML2
- OAuth, OIDC, or other claims-based authentication.
- Building automation tools such as Jenkins, Maven and Gradle.
- Web-based application development with HTML5, JavaScript, and Angular, or React.
- DevOps/DevSecOps processes and technologies.
- Experience working in Linux environments.
