משרת מהנדס/ת מערכת נמצאת באתר פלקס במגדל העמק, האתר מונה כ-2000 עובדים ומשרת למעלה מ-60 חברות. מהנדס המערכת עובד תומך באופן ישיר בקווי הייצור ומוביל תהליכי העברה מפיתוח לייצור ישירות מול מחלקות ההנדסה של הלקוחות שלנו.

הנה קצת דוגמאות למשימות שתעשה:

• תומך בקו הייצור באופן שוטף. מהווה כתובת ראשונה ומיידית לבעיות הנדסיות שמתעוררות בקו
• הובלת תהליכי תפעול ולוגיסטיקה לצד שיתוף פעולה מול תהליכי ייצור.
• הטמעה של הוראות שינוי בקו + הדרכת עובדים.
• כתיבה של הוראות עבודה/בדיקה/אריזה וכו' בהתאם לדרישות הלקוח.
• הכנה של תיקי מתקן בהתאם לדרישות לקוח.
• תמיכה בביקורת קבלה וב- MRB .
• שיפור שיטתי ומתמיד של התיעוד - מעבר על ההוראות יחד עם המרכיבים בקו, מציאת פערים ותיעוד שלהם, הכנת פערים להוראות שינוי של הלקוח.
• קשר עם מחלקת הנדסה אצל הלקוח.
• ניהול תהליך של העברה מפיתוח לייצור.
• אחריות על תיקי היצור.

• השכלה בתחום הנדסת מכונות מהווה יתרון משמעותי
