Summary:
Child Mind Institute is seeking a highly skilled and dependable individual to join our team as a System Administrator. The System Administrator is responsible for supporting the enterprise by managing and maintaining various business systems and applications. The System Administrator serves as a subject matter expert as well as a liaison with business staff in understanding the use cases and workflows for each application.
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this is a exempt, full-time position located at our NYC headquarters. We offer a competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing platform Maintenance, Administration, Configuration, Interoperability and Support of enterprise applications including but not limited to Productivity Platform (M365 including SharePoint), Identity and Access Management (MS Azure AD), ERP (Sage Intacct), Project Management system (Monday.com), VOIP Phone system (Zoom Phone),
- Implement and manage best practices in information security and practice solutions for assigned systems including but not limited to role-based access, account re-certification, security risk assessments, data privacy controls and change control tracking.
- Liaison with staff and business process owners to understand current and future roadmaps for the applications.
- Serves as the technical subject matter expert for the applications that includes producing system and workflow diagrams, reference and training materials as well as leading hands on training sessions with staff members.
- Managed vendor partnership with assigned systems including upgrade schedules, code/bug fixes, system health checks and optimization.
- Manage analytics, metrics and dashboard needs for staff and business leaders.
- Performs data integrity checks, remediates data duplicate issues, manages data mapping and participates in a data governance program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer information systems or relevant equivalent
- 5+ years of experience as system administrator or engineer
- Microsoft Administrator Certification -Required
- Microsoft 365 Certified - Preferred
- .Net developer Experience
- Ability to configure and maintain API solutions (SOAP, RESTful apex web services, force.com)
- Experience in Powershell
- Programming language proficiencies (.Net, Java, SQL, XML a plus)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including conflict resolution.
- Ability to appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Professional demeanor and attitude
- Self-starter and team player able to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Thorough, accurate, and conscientious about assignments
- Prior experience in data governance
