About the Role:
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting Credibleās marketplace systems.Ā You will help drive process efficiency and system optimization by identifying areas of improvement for our Product and Product Operations teams, and research and document requirements for new features. You will function as the systems SME to support the vertical and troubleshoot software-related issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Systems management
- Write requirements, test, and troubleshoot eligibility tickets for a Credible vertical
- Write requirements, test, and troubleshoot lender onboarding tickets for a Credible vertical
- Write requirements, test, and troubleshoot integrations
- Test and troubleshoot Salesforce features
- Documentation
- Write and update documentation related to a Credible verticalās systems
- Analytics
- Complete loan-level analyses
- Build reports and dashboards to quantify system health metrics
- Collaboration
- Collaborate directly with Credible teams
- Collaborate directly with external vendors and partners of Credible
What you will bring to the position:Ā
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skillsĀ
- Demonstrated research and analytical skillsĀ
- Ability to professionally interface with outside vendors
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and switch gears quickly
- Highly self-motivated and detail oriented, you ask the right questions to get to the root of complex issues
- Strong organizational skills; understanding of how separate software components form a coherent system
- Strong sense of ownership
Education and/or Experience:Ā
- Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ā
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and shift priorities quickly.Ā
- Experience using JIRA, proficient in Excel, some Python, SQL or other DB interface tools.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Salesforce or related CRM software
- Familiarity with SumoLogic or similar DevOps tools
- Experience with API implementation and testing

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay ranges for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location, are listed below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

California, New York City, and Westchester County, NY Pay Range:
$71,000ā$77,000 USD
Colorado and Washington Pay Range:
$59,000ā$64,000 USD
