The role of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator is to undertake a variety of talent acquisition administrative duties, including scheduling calls, reviewing applications, screening candidates, maintaining/refreshing postings, and coordinating all aspects around college career fairs. This position will facilitate daily TA functions, such as tracking and updating candidate information, screening applications, scheduling interviews, generating and sending offer letters. The role will also perform tasks related to specific projects to support the growth of enVista.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute talent acquisition programs including but not limited to capturing candidate information, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Partner with our Human Capital Coordinator with generating offer letters, performing background checks, candidate communication and other onboarding tasks
- Assist in the writing/updating of job descriptions
- Assist in managing relationships with any 3rd party Talent Acquisition vendors
- Maintain applicant records in HRIS and ATS databases
- Generate reports as needed (new hires, acceptance rates, DEI, etc.)
- Partner with the University Relations Manager and play an integral role in our college recruiting program. Will be responsible for job postings, event/career fair registration, candidate scheduling and debriefs and consistent communication with hiring managers and candidates
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, meetings, and Talent Acquisition events
- May assist with the onboarding and training as needed, particularly the college intern program
Skills and Experience Needed:
- BS/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years proven experience as a Talent Acquisition coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Experience with HR databases, ATS software, and HRIS systems (e.g. UltiPro, SharePoint, etc.)
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint); strong knowledge and experience in Excel
- Ability to successfully multitask with excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of and experience with job posting sites and professional social media platforms, such as LinkedIn
- Previous experience within a high growth, fast paced organization preferred
- Excellent communication skills and experience interfacing at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Candidates will preferably work in a hybrid capacity in our Carmel office but remote candidates will also be considered
