We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student who is interested in making a difference in HR at Kraft Heinz!
This internship is based in our Headquarters in Amsterdam and you will get the opportunity to learn and to work in HR with special focus on Talent Acquisition. Sounds interesting?
About your new Internship
Throughout your internship with us you will get your own portfolio, projects, and responsibilities. You will have the chance to lead your own projects and to contribute to the business from day one, because taking ownership is one of our core values!
You will be part of the People & Performance team, West Operations Business Unit in our Headquarters in Amsterdam.
You will get the chance to learn everything about Kraft Heinz, not only about the business but you will also get to know the people! You will find yourself in a young, dynamic, and international team, where you will be working as an equal business partner from day one.
You will partner with HRBPs and Business Leaders throughout the organization and you will leverage the power of data to support our decision-making process on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
About your Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Attracting and selecting candidates for our Young Talent Program and junior positions. From sourcing to interviewing, you will be part of the hiring process from the start to the end.
  • Reporting and supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in recruitment processes, employer branding initiatives, university relationships and special HR Data & TA projects.
  • Sustaining our DE&I principles in your TA daily activities and reinforcing those principles in the conversations with the Hiring Managers.
  • Supporting the roll-out of ad hoc projects and other HR initiatives within Talent Management such as Trainings, Workshops, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging as well as assisting with learning needs analysis and digitalization of L&D projects.


About the Requirements
You are currently enrolled in you Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree, preferably in the field of HR, Psychology, Business Administration or Management. But more important than your education, we are mainly looking for the right attitude and the right mindset!
You have great communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
You have good command of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel Power Point).
You are enrolled at University for at least 50% of the internship duration.
You can fit our KraftHeinz culture with your energy, ambition and self-drive!
You have EU Citizenship and/or you are based in the Netherlands and have an EU work permit (Please notice this is mandatory and we will not be able to consider applications without working permits).

About what we offer
TheInternship Start Date will be in July/August 2024.
The Duration of the internship can be flexible from 6 months, 9 months or even 12 months.
Depending on your University program, this internship can be performed Full Time (6 months) or Part Time (9/12 months).
Theinternshiphas an Allowance of 625 EUR per month (based on 40hrs/week) & full reimbursement of travel expenses.
Your new work Location will be in Amsterdam with a hybrid model (possibility to work form home).
Last but not least, you will become part of a close Intern Community as well as a young and ambitious work environment (including online!)
