Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop organizational strategic and tactical recruitment plans in alignment with business needs. Plan and implement effective talent attraction plans to include job postings, online recruiting tools, targeted recruiting campaigns, college recruiting, diversity and inclusion efforts, industry networking and sourcing, as well as other national recruiting initiatives.
- Build and maintain network and talent pools through market research, ongoing networking, and continuous relationship management.
- Collaborate with managers to understand skills and competencies required for current openings and update job descriptions. Establish and maintain relationships with managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs.
- Screen, schedule, and interview applicants for open positions. Facilitate further consideration by hiring departments of qualified candidates as well as the organization's selection process.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and HR leadership during the offer process regarding start dates, offer packages, and other pertinent details.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking records, and may assist with reference or other background information of qualified candidates.
- Develop job descriptions to include leveling for positions to utilize externally for recruiting and internally for career development purposes.
- Assist with handling employment-related matters such as HR policy guidance and interpretation, employee engagement initiatives, performance coaching, and employee relations matters.
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to HR leadership.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Advise hiring managers on organization's talent acquisition procedures, lawful and effective interviewing practices, and sound selection practices.
- Collect and use workforce data and analytics to measure talent recruitment efforts, needs, and anticipate future initiatives.
- Assist with facilitating onboarding to ensure new hires have a smooth and positive transition into the organization.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
General HR:

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources; PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- 4+ years HR experience, including 2+ years handling full-cycle recruiting
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS software
- Excellent approach with client-facing and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication and listening skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Self-motivated with the ability to effectively manage competing deadlines or projects
- Committed team player with the ability to develop and maintain productive work relationships
- Flexibility conducive to a fast-paced, growing company environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in office setting; primarily sedentary working on a computer as well as utilize telephonic or software applications to conduct interviews
- Ability to attend and participate in recruitment events, both locally and out of town on occasion, and availability to work additional hours as projects demand
