THE ROLE.

Alpine Investors is seeking candidates with program management experience for the Talent Acquisition & Community Manager role with our Elevation team. The Talent Acquisition & Community Manager will build out the future of this team through (i) hiring and recruiting; (ii) marketing; and (iii) facilitating culture and events. WHAT YOU WILL DO.

  • Own and innovate on recruiting & hiring processes
  • Execute management for the intern and analyst programs
  • Build a brand strategy for the Elevation team
  • Facilitate ongoing learning & development
  • Lead quarterly strategy planning and culture events
  • Collaborate with Alpine’s Head of DE&I to build and implement DE&I strategies

YOU SHOULD HAVE.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of full-time experience
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in event/experience/program creation

ABOUT ELEVATION.

Equity and spearheads all other activities within the firm. The more deals the Sourcing team surfaces, the more optionality Alpine has to choose from the best opportunities and make informed investment decisions. Alpine has built out a world-class sourcing function, which has allowed it to increase the volume of closed deals by 8x since 2015.
