Edenred Bulgaria is a leader in prepaid corporate services and our solutions include food vouchers, gift vouchers, prepaid cards and other personalized services to motivate and retain employees, partners and customers.
As a dynamic and rapidly growing company, we are seeking a talented and a highly motivated individual to join our HR Department for the position of Talent Partner.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Proactively manages the end-to-end recruitment process – creating job postings, prescreening, leading interviews and preparing job offers;
• Develops role specific recruiting strategies, employing both traditional sourcing
methods as well as developing new, innovative approaches;
• Builds key market knowledge and ensure access to preferred recruitment channels
such as industry or role specific job boards and LinkedIn;
• Conducts and is responsible for the onboarding process for new employees and the offboarding process;
• Takes part in different employer branding events and is responsible for organizing company events;
• Takes part in the administrative work – maintaining the labor records up-to-date, drafting, updating job description and etc.;
• Participates in the weekly and monthly group and regional meetings; responsible for the implementation of the group practices and requirements;
• Undertakes any other work that may be reasonably required from time to time.
Аbout you:
• 2 or 3 years on the same or a similar position;
• Experience in participating in foreign online meetings in English (excellent English);
• Experience in Recruitment;
• Administrative experience is a plus;
• Knowledge of the HR processes and the local legislation;
• Team player with very good communication skills.
