Team Lead / Product Owner

Your Role and Responsibilities

1. Product Backlog/requirement definition and Management:

• Define product backlog based on business needs and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and clarify product requirements.
• Ensure that the backlog is prioritized and aligned with business objectives.
• Define and document product requirements including functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure that requirements are clear concise and testable.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including business leaders customers and developers.
• Gather and document business requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Communicate product and iteration progress to stakeholders including business leaders customers and developers.

3. Prioritization and Trade-Offs:

• Prioritize product backlog items based on business value customer needs and technical feasibility.
• Make trade-off decisions when competing demands arise.
• Ensure that prioritization is transparent and justifiable.

4. Team Management:

• Define iteration goals objectives and scope.
• Manage and coordinate the work of the squad during iterations.
• Ensure that team members have the necessary resources and support.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
• Oversee the execution of iterations ensuring that work is completed on time and to the required quality.
• Work with the squad on Identifying and addressing issues and risks that may impact iteration delivery.

5. Cross Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and address technical concerns scenarios definition and usability questions
• Collaborate with other teams to share best practices and improve overall process efficiency.

6. Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate with Quality tester to ensure that product requirements are tested and validated.
• Review testing plans and test cases to ensure that they align with product requirements.
• Ensure that defects are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed

7. Metrics and Reporting:

• Track and report key metrics such as product backlog velocity defect density and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.

Minimum salary starts at 3000 EUR gross per month.

This is a Hybrid role attendance to the office will be required only 3 times per week
