About the Role

We are looking for a Packaging Team Leader to lead and motivate a shift team at our Baileys Irish Cream production facility in Dublin.

In this role, you will take ownership of delivering exceptional performance across safety, quality, service, cost, and team morale. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will implement Manufacturing Excellence tools and ensure relentless compliance with 5S and quality standards.

This role requires proactive leadership, with 80% of your time spent on the shop floor driving performance and fostering a high-engagement culture.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a team to meet key performance indicators across quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Managing compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards, including ISO and HACCP.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and embedding a culture of change management.
• Managing asset care, problem-solving through root cause analysis, and ensuring swift resolution of issues.
• Coaching and developing a team, building capability and fostering a high-performing culture.
• Planning, executing, and owning the packaging production schedule while ensuring top product quality.

About You

You are a hands-on leader passionate about driving excellence in a fast-paced packaging environment.

With strong people management and problem-solving skills, you thrive in delivering results through continuous improvement and team development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced training, formal education, or demonstratable experience in production or packaging.
• NEBOSH qualification or willingness to complete within 12 months.
• IBD General Certificate in Beer/Spirits Packaging or equivalent is advantageous but not essential.
• Demonstrated success managing performance and developing teams.
