Located in the heart of Las Vegas, Valley Hospital Medical Center is an acute care and teaching hospital that has provided high quality healthcare to residents of Southern Nevada since 1972. Job Description:
Responsible for the monitoring and recognition of continuous electrocardiographic telemetry.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Successful completion of a basic cardiac arrhythmia course or successful completion of an arrhythmia test given by the Education Department.
Technical Skills: Basic PC knowledge and medical terminology.
License/Certification: Current BLS certification. Certification of completion of a basic cardiac arrhythmia course.
Other: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
