Technical Support Engineer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in PL/SQL, CRM systems, inventory management, and message gateway technologies. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations within our technical infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level technical support for telecom services and products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PL/SQL, CRM, inventory management systems, and message gateways.
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical problems via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Develop, test, and maintain PL/SQL scripts and queries to support database operations.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Operations, Telecom systems, CRM platforms, and Inventory Management software.
- Supporting Message Gateway systems for efficient communication and data exchange.
- Handling mobile technology-related concerns and ensuring smooth operation of SIM cards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 8+ with 6 years of relevant experience in technical support within the telecom industry.
- Proven experience with PL/SQL, CRM systems, inventory management, and message gateways.
- Strong knowledge of database management and SQL scripting.
- Creating and optimizing Shell scripts for automation and system tasks.
- Experience in supporting and maintaining message gateway systems used for SMS, MMS, and other messaging services.
Good to have:
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Oracle PL/SQL Developer, CRM certification).
- Telecom domain knowledge.
Education:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or technical degree.
