What You'll Do

We're looking for a Technical Account Manager - Programmatic

Blis is looking for an experienced candidate to take on the role of Technical Account Manager - Programmatic within the client services team. This role can be based out of New York OR Chicago.

The role will involve the management of multiple campaigns from set up to completion, optimizing where possible and troubleshooting challenges. At the heart of the Technical Account Manager role is the client interaction and guidance to help them exceed their goals when using the Blis technology suite to facilitate their marketing needs. This role reports to the Senior Technical Account Manager within the Client Services team.

Own the day-to-day management of the client engagement, inclusive of but not limited to:

  • Main point of contact for all inquiries and deliverables
  • Attend in-person client meetings and facilitate the strategic conversation
  • Serve as the consultant for product solutions and best practices
  • Oversee internal client account operations
  • Develop data-based insights to guide KPI strategy and activation
  • Produce reporting & conduct weekly client performance review meetings
  • Identifying optimization opportunities for KPI improvement
  • Create and present post campaign analysis & quarterly business reviews
  • Orchestrate the month end billing reconciliation
  • Showcase appropriate product insights in line with our offering.
  • Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators.

What you'll bring

  • Industry experience, preferably within programmatic and/or mobile
  • Ability to be a client-facing lead, who drives the direction, communications, and outcomes across the teams
  • Strong understanding of client and programmatic success metrics
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to problem solve and analyze data sets from various platforms (MOAT, IAS, DCM, Ad Servers, DSPs)

The salary range for this position will be USD$60,000 - $100,000. The base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Our compensation package also includes a comprehensive benefits platform offering and a company bonus.
