Objective:

Education
- M.S. or Ph.D. in molecular biology or a closely related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience
- General knowledge and hands-on experience in molecular biology and sample preparation, such as nucleic acid extraction, PCR, RT-PCR, molecular cloning, siRNA, qPCR, gene editing, etc. Experience with MDx and NGS is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide flawless remote technical support to customers, ensuring accurate advice on product usage, mentorship on product selection, and resolution of technical issues.
- Respond to inquiries about nucleic acid extraction, PCR, RT-PCR, molecular cloning, qPCR, NGS, gene editing-related products via phone, email, chat, or field visits.
- Support Sales Representatives with on-field technical and application expertise to successfully address customer inquiries.
- Resolve technical complaints and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
- Identify customer opportunities, needs, and requirements, and communicate these to the sales team.
- Serve as a customer liaison, promoting and maintaining positive customer relations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus; emotional intelligence and a strong desire to help and solve problems are essential.
- Proven track record of quickly learning complex technical information.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate scientific concepts effectively.
- High energy, a standout colleague, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Initiative, self-motivation, a growth mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in written English.
