Responsibilities

As a Technical Associate in the Americas organization, you will have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on knowledge and experience by being a fulltime Rotational Assignment Participant for a period of 12 to 24 months. This position involves moving through different roles and/or departments and is designed to develop the employees' skills, broaden their experience, and prepare them for future roles. During this rotation period, you will engage in a dynamic and immersive program designed to provide exposure to various facets of the organization. This rotational role aims to provide new hire graduates with diverse experiences and to develop well-rounded professionals with a deep understanding of different functions and departments and help them discover their areas of interest and expertise. The successful candidate will undergo a series of assignments across the organization, gaining valuable experience, building a diverse skill set, and contributing to key projects.

This position is hybrid, 2-3 days per week are expected to be in-person in the Houston office.

Key Responsibilities:

Rotation through Departments: Participate in a structured rotational program, spending designated periods in different departments such as Regional Operations, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Sales and/or Marketing.

Project Involvement: Contribute to and lead projects within each rotation, collaborating with team members and stakeholders. Analyze data, develop recommendations, and present findings to management.

Skill Development: Acquire and enhance skills related to project management, data analysis, communication, etc. Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to support professional development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to gain a holistic understanding of organizational functions. Foster strong working relationships and effective communication across teams.

Performance Assessments: Participate in regular performance discussions with your manager and Mentor to assess progress and identify areas for growth. Provide feedback on the program to contribute to its continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Engineering or Business Management
  • 1 to 3 years of work experience as an Intern
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Committed to diversity of thought and to creating a culture of Inclusion.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive approach to tasks
