Overview:

Technical support and facilitator for the proper operation of the trading table of Bancolombia.

Responsibilities:

  • Address end-user requirements of Trading Tables

  • Ensure and validate the operability of systems in production.

  • Analysis and diagnosis of service incidents

  • Escalation and reporting to the factory on incidents and problems that demand it, including analysis of traces, logs, etc.

  • Work collaboratively with third parties to resolve service incidents.

  • Generation of service reports

  • Support execution of support activities such as updates and laboratory tests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT or Telecommunications systems support and end-user service.

  • Management and technical knowledge of Trading systems.

  • Desirable knowledge of solutions and products from the Unify line: Xpert Systems, Turrets, ASC EVOIPNeo Recording System

  • Proven knowledge of network hardware and software, VoIP devices and troubleshooting.

  • A team player with the ability to communicate well with team and customers.

  • English proficiency
