Technical Product Analyst

We are seeking a Technical Product Analyst to maintain and enhance business-critical web and mobile products.

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside an experienced team that excels at building high-quality products for clients at scale. This position reports to the COO and will work with a skilled product development and business team.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities include:

• Proactive Project Management skills of a highly technical project. Quickly come up to speed on complex system and integrations
• Serve as a trusted partner with business stakeholders to achieve their product goals through technology
• Serve in a Product Management capacity, as needed (gathering requirements, creating documentation, facilitating requirements and design conversations, etc)
• SQL and Data Analysis
• Work with both technical teams and business teams to help define and refine requirements.
• Collaborate and assist as needed with communications between stakeholders, project management team, and internal technical teams
• Assist in Confluence documentation and JIRA backlog management.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is highly technical, but still able to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and communicate well
• Has 3+ years of professional analyst experience
• Is passionate about understanding the client’s needs
• Thrives in ambiguity, working across multiple organizational stakeholders
• PL/SQL development and AWS experience are plusses (but not required)
