· Team Collaboration: Embrace diversity in collaboration and value team contributions to deliver customer impact.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for product releases.

· Manage enhancement ideas, bugs, and new features while sourcing and organizing information for product updates.

· Act as the subject matter expert on product configuration and usage, educating both internal and external audiences.

· Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and support materials.

· Communicate maintenance schedules, outages, and release notes across teams.

· Utilize product tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and own the product backlog.

· Write clear epics and user stories with articulated acceptance criteria.

· Conduct grooming and planning sessions, retrospectives, and track key product metrics.

· Support new implementation projects as a key stakeholder.

· Maintain foundational knowledge of cloud-based SaaS products, B2B/B2C environments, and platforms like Azure.

· Ensure global privacy compliance requirements are met and understood by the development team.

· Collaborate with UI designers on functional designs and have experience or knowledge of building APIs.

· Assist with special projects as needed.

Skills & Experience Required:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role at a leading product company.

· Proven strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable release plans.

· Familiarity with agile ceremonies and backlog ownership.

· Understanding of healthcare products or data solutions is a plus.
