Role: Technical Program Manager

Years of Experience: 10+ years

Location: Dallas, TX (3 days onsite Mandatory/Hybrid)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Experience in managing software development teams using a variety of programming languages and technologies.

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different levels of hierarchy.

• Strong understanding of software development practices and architecture patterns & principles.

• Solid 10 years of background in application development using Java/.Net as a developer/technical lead or architect.

• Experience in managing teams/programs utilizing microservices and event driven architecture.

• Strong experience in managing REST API development and onboarding different consumers internally and external.

• Substantial experience with cloud-related concepts & technologies, preferably Azure.

• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage program plans, budgets, and resources effectively.

• Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive consensus and manage stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to Identify and understand technical dependencies between initiatives.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or additional equivalent work or military experience preferred

• 5 years of experience as a technical program management or development manager.

• 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles (Direct/Indirect).

• Financial services industry experience preferred

• Experience managing third party vendors preferred
