Summary: As the Technical Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the in-house solution suite for conducting OSINT investigations and claim verifications, from a product management and solution fitment perspective. Your primary focus will be understanding the product suite across functionalities and processes and assimilate that understanding into executing client-specific use-cases. You will lead the product vision for the regional business team to include tribal knowledge and granular specifics, and actively liaise with the global product / technology teams for product requests and upgrades. You will support in the execution of various projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information disseminated.

 

Duties:

Technical (Product) Guidance: Provide product-based direction and expertise to the in-house sales and delivery teams, aligning activities with organisational goals and priorities.

Coordinate with the global product / technology teams for optimum solution-suite uptime, and feature change-requests.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for product-suite configurations, processes, and automations.

Advanced Intelligence Operations Support: Support ongoing, highly complex intelligence collection and dissemination activities, leveraging advanced OSINT methodologies, products, and techniques.

Collection Strategy Development: Develop, coordinate, and maintain collection strategies, plans, and postures to fulfil client and business-driven needs, integrating fact-checking processes into collection activities.

Intelligence Reporting: Prepare and review comprehensive intelligence reports, ensuring adherence to analytical standards and best practices in intelligence reporting.

Tailored Reporting for Clients: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, draft, review, and edit tailored intelligence reports and fact-checking assessments for client deliverables.

Mentoring and Training: Mentor and train OSINT analysts on using new collection tools, fact-checking methodologies, and best practices in open-source intelligence.

 

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 08 years in a technical pre-sales role, collaborating with customers and partners delivering one or more - AI tools, cloud services, enterprise grade solutions.- Project delivery experience, especially with the public sector. - Experience in defence, law enforcement, or intelligence domains would be preferred.

Domain Proficiency: Prior hands-on experience with using various OSINT tools - proprietary and open-source. Preference for SOCMINT solutions. Experience with OSINT methodologies such as PESTLE, DISARM, MITRE-ATT&CK, etc., with the ability to apply them effectively for investigations .

Analytical Writing Skills: Proven experience in analytical writing with a track record of delivering high-quality intelligence reports that adhere to analytical standards.
