Overview
Our team is looking for an experienced Technical Project Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include Assisting with project management of systems remediation coordination efforts, workflow, and control improvements in the Vulnerability Simplification horizontal remediation portfolio.
- Planning system/network approaches and oversight to coordinate remediation for large enterprise vulnerabilities in partnership with Vulnerability Governance, and CIO Teams.
- Providing analysis and leader level summaries of horizontal enterprise vulnerabilities to show prioritization, classification, distribution across CIO teams, and key dependencies and critical milestone dates.
- Drafting and coordinating communications to impacted AIT Owners and CTI partners involved in remediation plans via e-mail, office hours, RISE Deliverables, and other communication channels.
- Identifying workflow gaps and working with process owners to implement controls to prevent new vulnerabilities from entering the environment.
- Participating in current and target state workflow mapping for Central Remediation Workflow.
- Assisting in the implementation and operation of Core Technology Reporting and operational processes and routines to drive increased accountability and transparency of managed vulnerabilities.
- Maintaining software, firewalls, data encryption to protect company systems. Monitoring enterprise vulnerability metrics (P2, P3) to ensure no breaches of Board/Management level thresholds.
- Planning countermeasures when required.

Qualifications
- M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or closely related.
- 12 mo. exp in the position offered. 12 mo. in: Threat & Vulnerability Assessment/Management/Remediation & Cybersecurity; vulnerability scanning tools - Waterfall, Tenable, Nessues, Qualys; AI, ML data management; DevOps; Agile Methodologies - Jira, Azure; tacking burn down/velocity charts by leveraging Jira; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
- Telecommuting permitted. 40 hrs/wk. 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
