Job Description

Swish Analytics is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience sourcing talent for various fields including Data Science, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering.  They will drive top-of-funnel support and proactive pipelining for all current and future needs at Swish. The Technical Recruiter will play the lead role identifying and attracting top technical talent for our organization.  This is a remote position.

Duties:

• Drive top-of-funnel recruiting processes by partnering with Talent Acquisition team members to identify top candidates for a variety of data and engineering roles
• Proactively source top technical talent through various channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other online communities
• Continuously build a pipeline of talent for strategic, high-impact, recurring roles throughout the company
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and preferences for open positions
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing updates on the status of their application
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system with candidate information and status updates
• Participating in team meetings and provide updates on sourcing efforts and progress

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a STEM field highly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Experience with advanced Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Hired, HireEZ, and similar
• Proficiency with modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, Recruitee, SmartRecruiters, etc
• Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top technical talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for sports and technology
