IPC is seeking a Technical Recruiter, APAC. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, APAC this is a crucial hire that will work to fill open requisitions across our commercial, product engineering, and development teams.

We are at an exciting point in our company’s lifecycle, and this technical recruiter will get the opportunity to partner directly with HR leadership to help shape our new and improved Talent Acquisition process going forward.


You will be responsible for the following:

  • Partner with hiring managers to thoroughly understand technical positions and recruiting needs
  • Drive innovative sourcing initiatives to identify, assess, and build a network of candidates
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process for key roles in our organization, ensuring a seamless, uniform, and extraordinarily positive candidate experience
  • Coach hiring managers and interviewers every step of the way (bias mitigation, candidate experience, calibration)
  • Utilize data and your own knowledge to identify inefficiencies and improve your processes and pipelines

You are ideal for this role if you have:

  • With 3 to 5 year(s) of recruiting experience supporting a variety of positions within a fast-paced/high volume corporate recruiting and/or staffing agency environment:
    • Experience recruiting high level sales, engineering, support, analytical, and product-based roles.
    • Global Financial Markets/Fintech experience a huge plus.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferably Greenhouse
  • Must be a self-starter, achievement-oriented recruiter who can work in partnership and independently, maintains a high sense of urgency, responsiveness, follow up/follow through, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work on 1 year contract.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must be willing to work from the office around 3 days per week.
  • Flexible to attend meetings in the evenings.
