Ideally:

• you have a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in technical documentation
• you know how to translate technical jargon into user-friendly content
• you have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• your English level is at least C1 you’re eager to broaden your IT knowledge (especially in DevOps tools and technologies like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Git, AWS, Azure)

Your daily tasks:

• you will develop and create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including user manuals, online help, release notes, and other product-related materials
• you will translate technical information (mostly DevOps-related) into user-friendly content for a diverse audience
• you will work closely with DevOps and cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, quality assurance, and support teams, to gather information and ensure accurate documentation
• continuous improvement of documentation’s quality according to user’s needs and feedback
