TECHNOLOGY APP PORTFOLIO INTERNWhat You'll Do

Epic Games is on the lookout for a passionate, dynamic intern to join our Technology Services Business Operations Team. The BizOps team works across all Technology Services and various areas of the business, giving interns exposure to a wide variety of functions and people. In this role, you will work with the Application Portfolio Management sub-team to help assess opportunities to decommission applications, assist in running projects to remove applications from our environment, and analyze requests for new technologies via our New Technology Request process. You’ll help Technology Services run more smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you will

• Work across Technology Services and the business to analyze application candidates for decommissioning
• Own and run projects to decommission approved applications
• Assist in the intake, processing and analyzing of New and Existing Technology Requests
• Participate in status update meetings, streamline workflow documentation, provide clear project status, highlight next steps, and highlight any potential obstacles
• Track project progress and status within Jira

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication, organization, and cross-discipline collaboration skills
• Experience problem solving, tracking priorities, and managing multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of enterprise and consumer grade software and SaaS applications and how they support the business
• Ability to perform business analysis, summarize, and form recommendations
• Demonstrated interest in IT is a plus
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile is a plus
• Experience working with Google Docs/Sheets and communicating using Slack and Zoom

This internship has a flexible start date in 2025. Recruitment will be ongoing until teams find an ideal match.
