Technology Enablement Engineer(Tessent)

Siemens EDA, seeks a highly motivated individual with the capability and strong desire to make a significant contribution to Tessent business. Tessent is the market and technology leader for silicon life solutions helping customers address their design-for-test (DFT), testing and silicon learning through the silicon lifecycle management and optimization requirements for today's most complex SoCs. This candidate is part of product division responsible for technology enablement and will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Bridge the gaps between the Tessent division and the field technical teams for Tessent technology deployment
• Work closely with the field teams to manage customer critical issues and projects, define issues clearly for actions and drive closure
• Develop collaterals for key Tessent technologies to enable the field teams and benefit customers world widely
• Directly work with the field team and customers at both engineering and technical leader level to resolve technical issues for deploying key Tessent technologies
• Influence product direction by collecting and analyzing customer requirements and usage scenarios statistically and summarizing in priorities for the division.
• Develop and deliver webinars, technology discussion videos and product presentations for Tessent events
• Help develop training materials for certain specialty areas
• Communicate the new Tessent technology to and support the fields
• Interact with the field teams to understand the local market for the technology trend e.g. new industrial standards and new applications
• To research and analyze local DFT market such as growth potential and total available market
• Need to have the visions in order to help the field drive key Tessent technology adoption and deployment at different vertical markets
• Publish key technology successes and usage scenarios which can benefit other customers and present them in conferences
• Work closely with both the division and the field to organize the field marketing events
• Drive the Tessent publications and increase the Tessent marketing exposure in the South Korea

Job Qualifications:

• Good knowledge and hands on experience in DFT including scan insertion, ATPG, in-system test, test compression, IJTAG, streaming scan network (SSN), defect modeling, testing, diagnosis and yield analysis.
• Good understanding of the DFT applications in AI, automotive and high performance designs
• Experienced in digital IC design flows
• Motivated to learn new technologies of Tessent and beyond
• Script experience in using TCL/TK
• Excellent organization and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Great marketing skills in terms of developing and presenting marketing materials
• Multi task capabilities by prioritizing things in order
• Expert in using Microsoft powerpoint, excel and other productivity tools
• Education: M.S.E.E. and Ph D is desired
• Minimum 6 years of related working experience
• Fluent in both Korean and English is required
