Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years of experience in memory, Standard cell, General Purpose Input/Output (GPIO) and other custom designs
  • Experience with end to end RTL to GDS flow and integration.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in a management, technical or engineering field.
  • Experience in working with or managing silicon IP vendors or foundries.
  • Familiarity with IP characterization flow.
  • Leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration with domain experts from architecture, design, power.
  • Project management skills with excellent communication and strong status reporting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Map the IP ecosystem, plan and anticipate future Foundation IP product requirements.
  • Work with Architecture, Product Management, Design and SOC IP Integration and IP QA leads to ensure future product excellence.
  • Work closely with IP vendors to identify new features, discuss schedules, influence vendor IP portfolios to maximize Google product differentiation.
  • Drive SOW and ECOs, change and version controls and develop IP QA checklists and guidelines.
  • Ensure that the IPs are meeting our quality checks, testing and characterization requirements by defining and specifying deliverable requirements for these IP.
