Post-sale installation and maintenance of mobile communication systems. Manages maintenance customer service needs spanning multiple products integrated into a single system configuration. Performs system hardware and software installations on a project basis, plus manages customer service needs through routine system maintenance. 

Primarily focused on Astro, Digital, and Simulcast Trunking concepts. Basic networking familiarity for the support of Centracom consoles, Data, and E911 products. Multi-site trunked and voting conventional systems, data networks, and dispatch centers. 

Provides primary point of contact for 2-10 customer sites as well as infrastructure backup for other technologists.

Técnico em Telecomunicações, Eletrônica, Eletrotécnica e áreas correlacionadas(CFT mandatório);

Experiência em suporte e implantação de sistemas de RF;

Experiência em sistemas APCO25, DMR e DIMETRA;

NR10 (mandatório);

Experiência em trabalho em torres (NR35);

Certificação ITIL (desejável);

Inglês intermediário: conversação e escrita(desejável);

Skills: Automotivação, capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, boa relação interpessoal, iniciativa e senso de urgência; dinamismo, planejamento e organização;

CNH válida (Category B);

Disponibilidade para viagens 70% (base Estado do Paraná - região Oeste)

Conhecimento em infraestrutura de Telecomunicações, RF, torres, cabeamento estruturado;

Proficiência em Pacote Office: (Word, Excel e PowerPoint) e Google Tools: (Docs, Sheets, Presentation)

Conhecimentos em redes (desejável CCNA ou COMPTIA); 

Configuração de Sistemas Operacionais of (Unix, Linux e Windows Server) e Instalação e Manutenção de Servidores(desejável).
