Job Summary

Termelési koordinátor ukrán-magyar nyelvtudással

Feladatok:

• Új belépő fizikai munkavállalók tantermi oktatásának tolmácsolása
• Termelési tréningek tolmácsolása
• Munkavállalók és vezetők közötti tolmácsolási feladatok ellátása
• Az új dolgozók beilleszkedésének segítése, fejlődésük figyelemmel kísérése
• Munkautasításokkal kapcsolatos tevékenységek bemutatása, betanítása, ellenőrzése
• Helyi, az adott munkafolyamatokra jellemző speciális munkavédelmi "oktatás" (pl. munkaeszközök helyes és biztonságos kezelése)
• Vevői visszajelzések kapcsán, vagy más okból bevezetett munkafolyamat változtatások betanítása

Elvárások:

• Ukrán/Orosz-magyar tárgyalóképes nyelvismeret
• 3 műszakos munkarend vállalása
• Pontos, megbízható munkavégzés
• Határozott, magabiztos fellépés
• Az Office felhasználói szintű ismerete
