In order for you to join the ELEVI Team, you will need

  • You must be willing to work in the Annapolis Junction, MD, area
  • You must have a current and active TS/CSI clearance with polygraph
  • Five  (5)  years  of  experience  as  an  SA  in  programs  and  contracts  of  similar  scope, type, and complexity are required. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional system administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with fast-paced environment receiving requests and phone calls from customers.
  • Experience working independently, or in a team environment to provide the best experience for customers.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills to find and correct issues during customer’s conference.
  • Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal since there is extensive communications with all levels of customer from office managers to high-ranking military and customers at multiple agencies.
  • Collaboration skills.

Some of your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Installs, maintains, and repairs electronic, computer, peripheral and/or other types of components and equipment, at various locations within the main campus.
  • Performs a range of technical tasks and provides site support.
  • Modifies, moves, and installs a range of new equipment.
  • Troubleshoots a range of hardware and software problems and interconnectivity issues.
  • Performs a range of integrity testing and interviews customers to gather information about problems.
  • Provides advice and a range of onsite training for customer support personnel.
  • May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals.
