The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

- Responsible for managing the Creator & Affiliate products, including but not limited to creator growth and incubation, partner Affiliate operation tools, creator-product matchmaking, agency cap & tap modules, etc.
- Continuously iterate and improve the platform based on business growth and data performance, providing partners and creators with an easy-to-use operational platform.
- Collaborate across departments, ensuring high-quality execution to achieve team and project goals.
- Design differentiated solutions based on the specific circumstances of different countries.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:
- 3+ years of experience in creator related product work.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Strong logical reasoning and data analysis skills, with a systematic product thinking framework.
- Excellent cross-department communication and collaboration skills, strong pressure resistance, a sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing large-scale project and a sense of ownership are preferred.
- Spanish/Portuguese skills or experience in the American market is preferred.
