As a Trading Analyst for Credit Exotics within the Credit Exotics team, you will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our trading operations, directly impacting our risk management and process optimization. We foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, where your ideas are valued and your contributions are recognized. Job responsibilities:

• Uploads market data to various risk management systems
• Performs reconciliations against market sources
• Conducts control reconciliations to verify trading positions from front office to back office
• Investigates and resolves queries related to settlements and confirmations
• Produces management statistics and reports
• Completes operations projects and handle ad hoc requests for new initiatives
• Supports technology enhancements and new system implementations

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Strong logical and analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving
• Understanding of process flows and system linkages with a focus on improvement
• Previous experience in finance operations roles
• Availability to work from 10 am to 8 pm
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Proficiency in VBA
• Experience in process re-engineering and automation
• Familiarity with risk management systems
• Ability to produce detailed management reports and statistics
