Job Description
Contributes to program implementation, coordinates activities and processes associated with online training resources, task/procedural documentation, classroom training and organizational development initiatives. This position will also develop, maintain and evaluate online documentation, research tools and web-based training resources for operating departments.

Job Description :

The Training Enablement role provides functional support to create value and improved business performance of Process Trainings across all divisions as Allstate India. This role is responsible for providing administrative support for process training related task intakes, training and transition support assignments and document management. This role enables faster and successful completion of Process Trainings.

Job Responsibilities :

Create/Maintain training content (Training Plans, Facilitator Guides, SOPs. Presentations, etc. )

Observe training delivered by the trainers and provide constructive feedback

Create, maintain & publish reports on trainings

Work with process trainers to identify training/refresher needs and create development action plan to address performance issues

Drive Process Knowledge tests for all processes

Responsible for data management & accountability for internal and external audit compliance

Knowledge Requirements:

1.Strong foundational knowledge of Insurance

2.Train the Trainer Certified - Mandatory

3.Knowledge of learning and development methodologies

4.Intermediate/Advanced computer skills and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT)

5.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication

6.Content development and Management skills

7.AIDA clearance is mandatory
