• Upskilling, and Reskilling current workforce/work tools
• Conduct and track training through Schenider's digital platforms,
• Administration and execution of mandatory learning requirements: planning, scheduling, coordination, follow up and reminders, roster submission
• Digitization
• New Hire Onboarding and Training
• Connectivity
• Certification of Trainers

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

• Preferred Background in Training Within Industry
• Preferred Train the Trainer experience
• Preferred 1-3 years experience
