Job Description

What will you do?

  • You will become our in-house expert on internal Schneider Electric required trainings. This will include onboarding new associates, scheduling, moderating, and tracking training while meeting quarterly and annual training metrics. This position will identify training gaps and ensure gaps are addressed while tracking the e-versality (flexibility) of our employees.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Communication skills, knowledge of computer software and programs.
  • Ability to lead groups during training on onboarding. Must be self-directed and take initiative to ensure metrics are met.

  • A Shift (Mon-Thu): 5:00am-3:30pm
  • B Shift (Mon-Thu): 3:15pm-1:45am
  • C Shift (Fri-Sun): 5:00am-5:30pm
