SSM Health in Saint Louis, MO, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join their Rock Hill team. Centrally located off Manchester Road with great visibility, this is the perfect opportunity for a new graduate.  Work alongside a practicing physician who is passionate about leading and teaching others.   

Practice Specifics:

  • Great for a New Graduate
  • Monday - Friday outpatient schedule
    • Limited Weekend Call - 1:10
    • RN triage
  • Full-Time Employed Position (36 patient-facing hours)
  • Robust support staff 
    • MA for each Physician
    • RN Lead
  • Collaborate providers
    • 2 Physicians and 2 APPs
  • Full-scope practices with broadspectrum panels
  • Endocrinologist on site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including acute and chronic illness management, preventive care, and health education
  • Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records using the electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state of Missouri
  • DEA license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
