What we’re looking for

i) What Is The Transformation Architect Role?

As a Transformation Architect your mission is to ensure clients successfully integrate and utilize the Braze platform from a technical standpoint. You will focus on the technical aspects of the implementation providing expert guidance on best practices and helping clients achieve their technical use cases efficiently. Your goal is to facilitate seamless onboarding and ongoing technical support enabling clients to maximize the value of the Braze platform through client-facing sessions.

ii) What Transformation Architect Do?

After completing necessary training and certifications you'll deliver technical onboarding packages with confidence. You'll work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements provide detailed implementation plan guidance and assist with the integration of the Braze SDK APIs and more into their systems. Mastering technical presentations and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills are essential to ensure clients' technical needs are met effectively.

These experienced professionals provide in-depth expertise assist with complex integrations and unlock client use cases while creating detailed technical documentation. Transformation Architects roles are challenging and require continuous learning and adaptation. By bridging the gap between technical requirements and practical implementation Transformation Architects help clients fully leverage the capabilities of the Braze platform.

Responsibilities

1) Client Onboarding and Implementation:

- Ensure clients implement Braze following best practices.

- Provide an exceptional onboarding experience by understanding and addressing client business needs.

- Maintain control of client sessions delivering with confidence and ensuring client stability.

- Achieve high Completeness/Platform adoption and CSAT scores.

- Create solution architectures centered around Braze

- Provide technical advice on Braze implementation and its system integration in the clients application ecosystem.

2) Client Relationship Management:

- Actively listen to clients and tailor solutions to their specific requirements.

- Offer strategic recommendations to maximize client value based on their use cases.

- Support clients in overcoming implementation barriers.

- Manage client expectations and navigate

3) Professional Development:

- Complete the Braze certifications and Solution Architect Braze training to be able to deliver QuickStart and Enterprise packages.

- Develop and refine soft skills including presentation public speaking eye contact and body language.

- Engage in continuous learning and training to stay current with Braze features and updates.

4) Process Improvement and Innovation:

- Propose and implement new processes ideas and ways of working.

- Take initiative and lead by example proactively addressing tasks without awaiting instruction.

5) Company Growth and Strategy:

- Contribute to the company’s goal of becoming the leading Braze consultancy globally.

- Train internal teams on Braze strategies and updates.

- Support the company’s long-term growth by building and sharing expertise in Braze

6) Knowledge Sharing and Documentation:

- Document new insights and share them with the team.

- Participate in the internal sessions to disseminate information and feedback.

- Contribute to the creation of comprehensive documentation for future team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in technical consulting or a related data field.

- Proven experience with platform integrations and SDKs/APIs implementations.

- Intermediate understanding of data structures databases SDKs and API integration.

- Experience in creating detailed technical documentation and implementation plans.

- Basic knowledge of strategy development and alignment with best practices in technical integration.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and multi-channel CRM campaign management.

- Demonstrated proactive mindset and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills particularly in client-facing roles.

- Prior experience in an agency setting or technical consulting.

- Proficiency in English at the C1 level or equivalent.

Desirable:

​​- Braze Certifications (i.e Braze Certified Developer Practitioner Marketer Admin)

- Experience in working with CDP platforms such as Segment mParticle RudderStack or Tealium

- Experience working with data warehouses (i.e. S3 Google Cloud Azure)

- Extensive experience working with Braze platform demonstrating proficiency in utilizing its features
