Job Description
Responsibilities:
- You will develop innovative designs to meet all requirements for functionality, performance, reliability, serviceability, cost and manufacturability of transformer products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete electrical, mechanical, simulation, prototyping, and testing.
- You will be engaging in all phases of new product development, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support.
- Provide punctual technical support to factories, salespeople and customers.
- Lead project execution.

Background:
- Bachelors or master's degree in Electric Engineering with relevant experiences as a technical engineer or similar role in the past.
- Familiar with 2D and 3D mechanical design tools and capable of 3D modeling tools, such as Auto CAD, ProE, CATIA, UG, SOLIDWORKS.
- Familiar with FEA knowledge, electromagnetism/thermal simulation (ANSYS, etc)
- Knowledge of electrical/mechanical aspects of design.
- Knowledge in product life cycle methods (i.e., specification, design, implementation, qualification).
- Ability to develop unique concepts/solutions for complex products.
- Demonstrated engineering skills in methodical design and test.
- Ability of completing technical documentation.
- Strong team leadership and teamwork with cross-functional communications and influential skills.
- Good project management skills and Customer focused.
- Self-motivated, energized, and results oriented.
- Creative thinking with demonstrated analytical skills and structured work approach.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical and process problems.
- Ability to work independently toward timely completion of a variety of assignments.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing);
