Job Description

AECOM is looking for a Transit Project Manager VI to manage transit projects in the greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.

Position offers great growth opportunity within a growing local and national transit practice.

This position is available immediately.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Directs and manages entire projects, gives guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and is a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
• Accountable for all facets of the project.
• Ensures projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
• Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.
• Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or similar + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing projects for local transit agencies such as SEPTA and Amtrak.
• Experience managing transit projects of various sizes and complexities.
• Ability to manage diverse teams including sub-consultants
• Professional Engineer or Project Management Professional
