    Certification Details
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • State License 1 Verification
  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
    Job Details
  • Travel nursing position in Radiology / Cardiology
  • Shift: 4x10, 07:00-17:30, every 4th weekend, on-call 1-2 nights a week, included in holiday rotation
  • EPIC experience required
  • COVID (Medical/Religious Exemptions Accepted); Flu vaccine required
  • Tattoos/piercings - no nose rings or gauged earrings
  • Nails - should be less than 1/4" in length; natural fingernails preferred
  • Free parking in unrestricted spaces
  • Scrubs/Apparel should not have ANY Agency or brand logos
    Job Requirements
  • Kentucky state certification (KBMIRT)
  • ARRT certification
  • Cath Lab trained
  • First time travelers are considered
    Schedule Information
  • Shift: 4x10, 07:00-17:30
  • Every 4th weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
  • On-call 1-2 nights a week
  • Included in holiday rotation
    Additional Details
  • Proof of I9 or Attestation required
  • Government issued photo ID required
  • Proof of E-Verify or Attestation required
  • Residency Declaration Form required if RN/LPN is working on a compact license
