  • DCH - Travel: MS/Tele Respiratory 7N
  • Must be willing to float to units/hospitals
  • Our Medical Respiratory Unit is a 42-bed unit primarily specializing in the care of acute and chronic respiratory conditions.
  • Nurses have a 1:6 ratio and provide care to predominately respiratory patients requiring treatment for pneumonia, shortness of breath, COPD or other various lung diseases.
  • This unit will soon house a step-down unit for more acute respiratory patients at a 1:4 nursing ratio.
    Job Requirements
  • Education - Required: Associated degree in nursing
  • Experience - Required: 2 years experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of experience in the field of specialty.
  • Licenses - Required: Registered Nurse State of Alabama or Compact License
    Schedule Information
  • Will accept 36 or 48 hours / week.
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36
    Unit Specific Information
  • Must be willing to float to units/hospitals
  • Scrub Colors/Dress Code: Solid Navy
  • Parking: available
