Join our healthcare team as a dedicated Registered Nurse in the Cardio-Pulmonary Care Unit (PCU) for a travel assignment. This role offers a dynamic environment to provide exceptional care to patients with complex cardiac conditions. • Estimated Weekly Pay: $1880-$2020
• Setting: PCU - Stepdown Unit
• Start Date: April 7, 2025
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Location: Mechanicsville, Virginia

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or covered by compact
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIH Stroke Certification preferred
• 1 year of RN experience required
• 6 months of RN experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and create care plans
• Administer medications safely and in accordance with policies
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments
• Act as a patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement
• Manage patients with multi-system organ failure and trauma
• Utilize the AACN Synergy Model to maintain patient stability
• Respond to rapidly changing patient conditions with confidence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
