    Schedule Information
  • Shifts & Scheduling: 0930-1900, 1830-0700
  • Weekend Requirements: Yes as needed
  • Holiday Requirements: Yes as needed
  • How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: First week will be classroom orientation and then 2- 12 hour shifts on the floor

  • Ratios: RNs: Days: 1:7-10, Nights: 1:10 / CNAs: 1:7

  • Interdisciplinary Team: MDS Coordinator, educator, Director, Manager, and Social Work
  • Is RT on-site 24/7: yes
  • Additional Notes: This unit has a 4 star rating from CMS. Attributes that will make a nurse most successful in this unit include ability to manage time efficiently and review charts, documentation, and orders
  • Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
