The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience with EPIC and possess the skills to work in a high-acuity setting. This role requires night shifts (4x12-Hour, 19:00 - 07:00) and is designed for an experienced ICU nurse who is flexible and willing to float to other units as needed. Key Responsibilities: • Provide care for high-acuity patients in the LTAC ICU unit. • Perform patient assessments, interventions, and treatments according to nursing protocols. • Administer medications and manage patient care with a high level of detail and accuracy. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EPIC EMR. • Float to other Prisma Health units or campuses when required due to census concerns. • Ensure that all required competencies are demonstrated and documented when floating to other units. • Participate in charge nurse duties as required and assist with the daily operation of the unit. Requirements: • Experience: At least 1 year of recent LTAC ICU or ICU experience. • License: Active South Carolina (SC) RN license or multistate RN license. • Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required. • EPIC Experience: At least 1 year of experience using EPIC EMR. • Shift: Available to work night shifts (4x12-hour), 19:00 - 07:00. • COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required. • Flu Vaccine: Required with no exemptions.
