Travel Nurse Across America is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Chandler, Arizona.

Surgical ICU - Trauma Neuro Surgery Active AZ/compact license ACLS, BLS, NIHSS 3 FULL YEARS OF RECENT ICU EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED ** NO EXCEPTIONS** Experience must also include EITHER neuro or CV Cerner experience required. Travel experience required. Nurse:Patient Ratios 1:2, 1:1 Floating Requirements Float to tele with a 1:3 or 1:4 ratio as needed UNA Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48hrs PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE of a position. MAX ATTEMPTS IS 2** **There is also a pass/fail Sim Lab on Day 1 of orientation. Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Level 1 trauma Center, Falls, GSW, blunt trauma, MVAs, trauma patients over age of 15. Ex-lap, crani, speciality neuro-surgery cases. CVA, status post-TPA, COVID, sepsis, ARDS # Beds 32
